Wynn Al Marjan Island stands as a unique luxury destination on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. By 2027 the UAE will witness the rise of its first casino resort which will stand as a distinctive destination that merges outstanding hospitality with entertainment.

Zoom Call

Unit Selection

Once you have chosen your desired unit, you will send the required documents to the developer for the transaction, and the developer will issue an invoice for the first payment.

Transaction Completion

You make the initial payment to the developer, typically 10% of the total transaction amount, and the property is fully secured in your name. The developer will send you all the official documents confirming your ownership of the property.

Investors who purchase property worth AED 2 million (USD 545,000) or more are eligible to obtain a UAE Golden Visa valid for 10 years.
