Transaction Completion
You make the initial payment to the developer, typically 10% of the total transaction amount, and the property is fully secured in your name. The developer will send you all the official documents confirming your ownership of the property.
Investors who purchase property worth AED 2 million (USD 545,000) or more are eligible to obtain a UAE Golden Visa valid for 10 years.
